Casey Baron is a Principal and responsible for the asset management of the Firm’s portfolio from a strategic investment perspective, ensuring the goals and objectives of each asset are established and carried out through the effective management and operation of each property. Casey holds a key role in developing and implementing value add repositioning and redevelopment strategies with oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget. Casey received a B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and son.
